Unlisted videos are accessible to anyone with the URL to the media file.
Anyone with access to the URL can view the file, meaning anyone you share the link with, as well as anyone they share the link with.
NOTE: Users who are not the owner or a collaborator of an Unlisted media file will have view-only access and will not be able to edit or delete that media file.
Step-by-Step: Publishing Your Kaltura Video as “Unlisted”

IMPORTANT: From your browser, navigate to http://media.csuchico.edu (note that this is different than MyMedia in Canvas)

From the right corner, select Login.

Select “My Media” to navigate to your personal media content.

Locate and click on the video title of the recording you would like to set as unlisted.

Select Actions (You may need to scroll down the page) and choose Publish.

Select the Unlisted option and Save.

Congratulations! Your Kaltura video is now Unlisted.
