Check Status of Existing Ticket

You'll be asked to log into your campus account before you can view or create a new ticket.

Requesting Services and Help Online

You can now easily request services and help online, using the CSU, Chico Support website.

Browsing Services

  1. Click on the "Services" tab, above
  2. Browse through the service categories until you find the service you want
  3. If the service is requestable online, click on the "Request Service" button and fill out the form to request service or help. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians.

Searching for Services

  1. Click on the "Services" tab, above
  2. Click on the "Search" tab in the secondary navigation bar
  3. Enter what you are looking for in the Search field and press Enter
  4. Click on the service you want
  5. If the service is requestable online, click on the "Request Service" button and fill out the form to request service or help. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians.

You can also use the general search bar at the top-right corner of the page, but that will include search results for the knowledge base as well as services.

Zoom regularly releases software updates with new features, and bug fixes. You can make sure your software is up to date by opening Zoom, clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner, and selecting Check for Updates. You may need new features for upcoming classes, or for the Tipping Point Summit next week.

To improve security and stability for all CSU, Chico Zoom users, these sign-in options were disabled this morning:  Google  Facebook  Apple ID  Zoom users should choose the Single Sign-on (SSO) sign-in option to use Chico’s authentication and domain (csuchico.zoom.us) for access to the campus version and features of Zoom. As announced in November, we are rolling out Malwarebytes to campus computers. This rollout is now planned to reach all campus managed windows PCs.
