Microsoft Exchange is the primary means of e-mail communication for faculty and staff. Exchange e-mail addresses end in "@csuchico.edu" as opposed to WildcatMail, the primary e-mail system for Student whose e-mail addresses end with "@mail.csuchico.edu".
In Summer 2015, the campus migrated to Exchange 365. This upgrade introduced a new and improved version of Outlook Web Access and may require some changes to e-mail client configuration, especially from off-campus.
When accessing another user's shared calendar, the delegate may notice a certain point in the future (~2 months) in which all days for the other user have white backslashes through them. Putting cursor over any one of the days renders the error message "No free/busy information could be retrieved." This is due to an issue in the owners settings in which they have their calendar set to only publish a certain number of future months.
