Help installing and configuring software

IT Support Services can assist users with installing and configuring standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and other supported applications on PC and Macintosh computers. Many applications can be installed directly by users on ITSS managed Windows computers by going to the Application Catalog. Instructions for accessing and using the Application Catalog can be found here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=11719. Mac users have a similar tool for installing approved software called "Self-Service".

If you are using a personal computer and only need to read and sign PDF documents, you can download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
