IT Support Services can assist with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Creative Cloud, and other supported applications on PC and Macintosh computers. For campus-managed machines: Many applications can be installed without submitting a request by going to the Application Catalog. Instructions for using the Application Catalog can be found here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=11735

Class Requests: For students or faculty requesting Adobe or Microsoft Project for a specific course, please include the name of your course (ex: CAGD-110, CSCI-431, etc.) and the professor's name in the description box.
