Avaya IX Workplace is a Software Phone (Softphone) that allows users to enjoy the functionality of a desk phone from their computer or mobile device. Users can make and receive calls, interact with voicemail, transfer calls, and participate in conference calls wherever they are, without need for a traditional desk phone.

 

 

For campus managed devices:


Please check with your department coordinator and review campus communications to be sure that your extension and account are ready for use with Avaya IX Workplace prior to installation.

For personally owned & mobile devices:

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all personal devices due to variations in hardware, software versions, updates status, other installed software and/or continued vendor support. The below guides are provided for reference only.
