IT Support Services provides assistance with purchasing desktops, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
Before you click Request Service, please review the Desktop and Laptop Standards to see which device best fits your needs. If you’re unsure, include details about how the device will be used, and we’ll work with you to find the right option. Equipment outside these standards can still be ordered if needed, but must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, which may take longer.
When requesting a new device, also consider if you will need additional accessories, such as:
- Additional Monitors
- Docking Stations
- Webcams, sound bars, or other video/audio equipment
To get started, select Request Service on the right, and complete the form with as much detail as possible. IT Support Services will contact you to confirm your needs, request a quote, order the equipment, and deploy your device once it arrives. When you receive new equipment, you can submit a ticket to IT Support Services to have older devices relocated or surplussed.
