Google Workspace Applications

Google Workspace Applications include Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. Your Chico State account allows you access to these applications with 20GB of storage.

Kaltura

Kaltura is Chico State's video platform that allows students, faculty, and staff to upload, manage, and publish video content. The Kaltura platform allows the campus community to host videos and audio files in a centralized location and share that content to a variety of other platforms including Canvas, the university website, or through email.

Poll Everywhere

Poll Everywhere is a web-based polling software that allows participants to respond to polls or surveys synchronously or asynchronously from their cell phones, tablets, or laptops. Results are tabulated and can be displayed in real time on-screen.

Proctorio

Proctorio is an online proctoring software product purchased by the campus that integrates with Canvas.
Proctorio is being used for some courses, mostly fully online courses, to provide a measure of academic integrity while taking exams online.

Teams

Microsoft Teams is a comprehensive communication and collaboration platform developed by Microsoft. It integrates chat, video meetings, file storage, and collaboration on documents, enabling teams and organizations to stay connected and work together seamlessly from any location. Teams is designed to integrate closely with Microsoft Office 365 products, facilitating efficient workflow and project management among users.

VMWare

VMware software allows you to run a virtual computer on your physical computer. It has virtualization, networking, and security management tools.
