Report an issue or problem with Chico State email

Click Request Service to get assistance with your Chico State email account. This may include issues sending, receiving, managing emails, or configuring email and calendar settings. This form can also be used for assistance with Delegated or Shared email accounts, or issues related to receiving email from third-party services sending on behalf of the csuchico.edu domain. 

Other important information:

• Active students, staff, and faculty can access their Chico State email through Microsoft 365.
• Graduated students (alumni) can access their Chico State email for two years after graduation. After this period, the account will be disabled and deleted. More details can be found under Managing Your Chico State Accounts After Graduation.
• Retired staff and faculty who opted-in for Retired Faculty/Staff email retention can only access their Chico State email through the Outlook Web App.
