Request a Wildcat ID Card

Use this service to request a new or replacement Wildcat ID Card.

The Wildcat ID Card Office is located in Meriam Library 142, inside the IT Support Services office. The Wildcat ID Card Office hours can be found on the Support website. 

First thing, make sure you have uploaded your photo here: https://connectcsuchico.atriumcampus.com/. Please make sure your photo aligns with the Wildcat ID Card Picture Criteria. If you do not have a suitable photo, you are welcome to take one in our office when you arrive.

Students receiving a Wildcat ID Card replacement will be charged a $2.00 fee. Students can upload these funds into your Wildcat dollars via Atrium Connect, the Atrium Connect Website, You can pay $2.00 in cash at Student Services Center (SSC Room230). Students paying in cash must bring the receipt to ITSS to complete your card reprint. Our office is unable to accept any other payment options.

Fully-Online Students (Non-Local):
Include your full mailing address (with apartment/suite numbers and ZIP code) in your request to have the card mailed to you.
