Use this service to request a new or replacement Wildcat ID Card.
You can upload a photo to the CSGold ID Card System (when your account has been created in Account Center) using these instructions: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=111315
Once your photo has been uploaded into CS Gold, you can then come into the Wildcat ID Card Office in Meriam Library, Room 142. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
If you are an online-only student that is not local to the Chico area and need to have a card mailed to you, please make sure to include the full mailing address in your request. Include any apartment or suite numbers and zip codes.
Chico State Students receive their first card for free. Any replacements will be charged a $2 fee to the Wildcat$$ Account. You can upload the funds via GetMobile App or on the web: https://get.cbord.com/csuchico/full/prelogin.php
