Requesting a Wildcat ID Card
Before a Wildcat ID Card can be issued, the Wildcat ID Card Office must receive an email from the contracting department. This email must include:
- Contractor/Vendor Name
- Company Name
- Role in Company
- Mobile Phone Number for Vendor
Vendors and contractors must be approved before a Wildcat ID Card can be printed.
Picking Up a Card
If a vendor or contractor hasn’t had a Wildcat ID Card before, they will be assigned an ID number during their visit.
Once approved as a vendor or contractor:
- Pay the $5.00 fee for the Wildcat ID Card. You will do this via our CashNet system. You must print your receipt and bring it to the Wildcat ID Card Office.
- If the link above doesn't work, copy and paste this link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/chicowccardfund
- Visit the Wildcat ID Card Office in Meriam Library 142 with the following:
- your printed receipt from CashNet
- a valid photo identification (e.g., state ID, driver’s license, or passport)
- Take your photo and receive your Wildcat ID Card. This process takes 5-10 minutes.
- If you would like to submit your own photo, please email the image to id-cards@csuchico.edu. Verify that the image matches the Photo Criteria listed below.
