Request LastPass Enterprise Account

Request an account in the Chico State enterprise LastPass system for any staff or faculty.

Please Read Before Requesting an account: 

• Once your account is created, you will receive an email from LastPass to complete the setup. Click the link in the email and follow the directions.   
• BEFORE you act on the email, you must install extensions for all the browsers you use.  Installation instructions are here:   https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=113084
• If you currently have a LastPass account with your @csuchico.edu email account:
  • If the account has mostly personal sites and passwords, change the email to a personal email.  This will free up the @csuchico.edu email for enterprise setup and university-related sites and passwords.   • If you want to move your @csuchico.edu account into the Chico Enterprise instance:
    • You must know your master password
    • Click the Activate link in the invite email.    
    • When directed to sign in, enter your @csuchico.edu account and your current master password
    • LastPass will re-encrypt your data
    • You will then be re-directed to the Chico State Azure federation page where you will enter your Chico State credentials.
