Logging into Adobe Creative Cloud

You can sign in to licensed Adobe Creative Cloud software with an Adobe ID or an Enterprise (federated) ID.

Enterprise ID

An Entrprise ID allow you to use single sign-on with your CSU, Chico credentials. At the sign in screen click the "Sign in with an Enterprise ID" link. Enter csuchico.edu and you should be redirected to the campus login page. Login in with your CSU, Chico credentials.

If you don't see the "Sign in with Enterprise ID" link, enter csuchico.edu for your email. You should then get redirected to the regular CSU Chico login page.


Adobe ID

If prompted for Sign in when using your Adobe software you can log in with an Adobe ID. Use the email address and password associated with your Adobe account to login.

If you don't already have an Adobe ID we recommend you use an Enterprise ID which affords campus single sign-on. If you previously used an Adobe ID and are unable to login your account may have been moved to an Enterprise ID.


Troubleshooting Tips: 

If you are having issues accessing any of the Adobe apps, or you see that you only have a "Trial" version of any apps, try this:

  • Verify that you have requested Adobe Creative Cloud through ITSS. If you aren't sure, create a request here. Typically, you will get a respose within one business day. 
  • Sign out, then sign back in. Make sure you sign in with Enterprise ID.
  • When you click "Sign in with Enterprise ID" enter "@csuchico.edu" as the email address, you should be redirected to the CSUC login page. 
  • Log in using your CSU, Chico Credentials.
