You should sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud software with an Enterprise ID (also called a Business ID or Federated ID).

Enterprise ID (or Business ID)
An Enterprise ID allows you to use single sign-on with your Chico credentials. At the sign-in screen, DO NOT enter your campus email address. Instead, enter csuchico.edu
This will redirect you to the regular Chico login page. Enter your credentials and click "Login"
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you are having issues accessing any of the Adobe apps, or you see that you only have a "Trial" version of any apps, try this:
- Verify that you have requested Adobe Creative Cloud through ITSS. If you aren't sure, create a request here. Typically, you will get a response within one business day.
- Sign out, then sign back in. Make sure you sign in with Enterprise ID using the steps above.
