Authority and Oversight
- The TDx Steering Committee has authority over all additions, modifications, and deletions in the Service Catalog.
- Minor changes (such as wording updates or adjustments to fields and forms) may be delegated to the Service Catalog Process Manager or the appropriate Service Manager.
- The Service Catalog Process Manager and/or Service Manager will regularly present a list of minor changes to the Steering Committee.
- The Steering Committee retains the right to overrule changes made by managers.
- All decisions of the Steering Committee are final.
Requesting and Implementing Changes
- Requests for additions, changes, or deletions can be submitted by:
- Organizations
- Service managers
- Other individuals
- Requests must be sent to either the Service Catalog Process Manager or the TDx Steering Committee, with a description of the nature and reason for the change.
- Approved changes will be implemented by a TeamDynamix administrator, the Service Catalog Process Manager, or the appropriate Service Manager.
