Authority and Oversight

  • The TDx Steering Committee has authority over all additions, modifications, and deletions in the Service Catalog.
  • Minor changes (such as wording updates or adjustments to fields and forms) may be delegated to the Service Catalog Process Manager or the appropriate Service Manager.
  • The Service Catalog Process Manager and/or Service Manager will regularly present a list of minor changes to the Steering Committee.
  • The Steering Committee retains the right to overrule changes made by managers.
  • All decisions of the Steering Committee are final.

Requesting and Implementing Changes

  • Requests for additions, changes, or deletions can be submitted by:
    • Organizations
    • Service managers
    • Other individuals
  • Requests must be sent to either the Service Catalog Process Manager or the TDx Steering Committee, with a description of the nature and reason for the change.
  • Approved changes will be implemented by a TeamDynamix administrator, the Service Catalog Process Manager, or the appropriate Service Manager.

See the Service Catalog Process Manager article for more information.
