What is the IT Support Catalog?

The IT Support Catalog is your one-stop resource for accessing IT services and self-help guides at Chico State. It’s divided into two key sections:

With so many resources available, here are some tips to help you navigate the IT Support Catalog more effectively:

Use the Search Box

Instead of browsing through categories, try the search box in the upper-right corner.

  • Enter keywords like “new computer” or “wireless help” for quick results.
  • Click the Globe Icon in the search bar to filter your search between Services and Knowledge Base content.

Tip: You’ll see more service options if you’re logged in, as some are only visible to specific groups. You'll know you're logged in if you see your name in the top right corner!

Favorite Services or Articles that You Use Frequently

Easily access frequently used resources:

  • Click Add to Favorites (visible when logged in) on any service or article.
  • To access your favorite services, click on My Favorites under Services.
  • To access your favorite articles, click on My Favorites under Knowledge Base.

Check the Status of Your Tickets Online

Track your service requests anytime, whether submitted via the catalog, phone, email, or chat:

  • To check the status of your tickets, navigate to the IT Support Catalog homepage and click Check Your Tickets near the bottom left.
