PeopleSoft access (New, Modify, Delete)

Use this ticket to request access for a new employee or an existing employee to administrative functionality in PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) or Campus Solutions (CS).  To request access to the Common Financial System (CFS) please complete the form at this link: https://www.onbase.csuchico.edu/AppNet/Login.aspx  

You can request to add, change, or remove access for an administrative PeopleSoft user account, including:

  • Adding or establishing new roles/permission list
  • Department changes
  • Student access, reinstatements and suspensions
  • Faculty Advisor and Advising roles (CS only)

PeopleSoft access requires ALL employees to have the following in place prior to gaining access:
Data Security and FERPA training completed
Multifactor Authentication (Duo)
