A CHICO domain account is used by faculty, staff, and student staff to log on to campus computers and access resources (like the file server Box). This is the same as an Exchange account, except that a CHICO domain account does not have an email box associated with it. This is also referred to as a "Domain Only" account. Typically a CHICO domain account is requested for someone who needs to log onto campus computers but does not need/want Exchange e-mail or calendaring. If you wish to log on to campus computers AND use Exchange email and calendaring, you should request an Exchange account.
