Use this service request to request a computer to be deployed to an incoming new employee, or to an existing employee. This process can take some time to complete, so please submit your request at minimum three days in advance from the time you need the computer. All computers must go through IT Support Service or CSE-IT to be wiped of data and imaged specifically for the intended employee. For us to begin the imaging process, the intended employee must have a Chico State account, so please be sure new employees have completed all the required paperwork with HR or CSE-HR. If the computer is to be used off site, an Off-Campus Use of Property form must be completed by the employee and their supervisor, and will be routed by CSE-IT after this request has been submitted.
