Neither users or group admins can change access to level 1 data in Box. In accordance with applicable laws and policies, changes in access to level 1 data must go through an approval process and be documented. Use this service to request access to level 1 data for a Box user. When requesting this service, you will need to list the appropriate administrator (MPP or above) to contact for approval of the request. ITSS will email the administrator via the ticket. Access to the Level 1 data will not be granted until the administrator indicates their approval.
