Astra Security

This ticket is only for requesting new access to Astra Schedule, or requesting a change in permissions if your business need has changed.  The user must be the person submitting the ticket, in order to acknowledge the required Use statement.

For problems with your current access, such as log in problems or difficulty navigating the system, please submit an “Astra Help” ticket:

All on-campus users have VIEW access of the General Use Conference and Lecture Room Calendars through an Astra guest account.

Additional access to special use spaces should be requested by ticket submission; supervisor approval may be verified.  Typically, only one person per department (“Customer”) will be granted additional access, and is considered the point of contact for that customer in our system.

Training is required before additional access will be approved.
