This ticket is only for logging issues with Astra Schedule, such as inability to log in, difficulty navigating the system, reporting of incorrect or outdated information about the user or customer, etc.

For additional help on using Astra Schedule please refer to the Knowledge Base. 

·       Academic Schedulers can find guides in Box, for internal use only.

·       Guest users should visit the Facilities Reservations and Event Services website for assistance.

To request new access to Astra Schedule, or to request a change in permissions if your business need has changed, please submit an Astra Security ticket.

All on-campus users have VIEW access of the General Use Conference and Lecture Room Calendars through an Astra guest account.

Training is required for any access beyond Guest View. 

·       Please register for training through CSU Learn:  ASTRA SCHEDULE FOR ACADEMICS or

·       Contact Facilities Reservations (FRES) for more information: fres@csuchico.edu

Typically, only one person per department (“Customer”) will be granted additional access, and is considered the point of contact for that customer in our system.
