Astra Schedule is Chico State’s facilities scheduling software.  It is a web-based system that receives class information by term from PeopleSoft, allows for event scheduling in both exclusive and shared spaces on our main campus, and enables academic departments to request classroom space for viable sections each semester.

While it is not the only scheduling or facilities database on our campus, it IS the source of scheduled event information used daily by campus entities that informs lock and unlock schedules.

All on-campus users have VIEW access of the General Use Conference and Lecture Room Calendars through an Astra guest account.  Training is required for any access beyond Guest View. 

Typically, only one person per department (“Customer”) will be granted additional access, and is considered the point of contact for that customer in our system.

To request new access to Astra Schedule, or to request a change in permissions if your business need has changed, please submit an Astra Security ticket.

·       Academic Schedulers can also find guides in Box, for internal use only.

·       Guest users should visit the Facilities Reservations and Event Services website for assistance.
