"Error while processing tokens. Please contact your system administrator."
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Clear Your Browser Cache
	
		- Follow the steps in this tutorial to clear your cache based on your browser.
 
	
	 
	- 
	
Access CSU Learn directly rather than clicking through an email link
	
		- Go to CSU Learn.
 
		- Select "Chico" and log in using your campus credentials.
 
		- Click on "Assigned Training."
 
	
	 
	- 
	
Launch Your Training
	
		- Click "Register" or "Start" to begin your training.
