CSU Learn Error While Processing Tokens

Please note that this error is a system authentication issue, not related to any specific CSU Learn training content.

If you receive the following message:
"Error while processing tokens. Please contact your system administrator."

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache

    • Follow the steps in this tutorial to clear your cache based on your browser.
  2. Access CSU Learn directly rather than clicking through an email link

    • Go to CSU Learn.
    • Select "Chico" and log in using your campus credentials.
    • Click on "Assigned Training."
  3. Launch Your Training

    • Click "Register" or "Start" to begin your training.
  4. Still Experiencing Issues?

    • If the error persists after troubleshooting, submit a support ticket to training@csuchico.edu for further assistance.
