Resolve the CSU Learn Token Error

If you receive the message “Error while processing tokens. Please contact your system administrator,” this indicates a system authentication issue and is not related to any specific CSU Learn training content.

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies through your browser settings. You can follow the guide on our Knowledge Base: Clearing Web Browser Cache and Cookies
  2. Navigate directly to CSU Learn instead of using a link from an email.
  3. Select Chico and log in using your campus credentials.
  4. Click Assigned Training.
  5. Select Register or Start to begin your training.

What to Do If the Error Continues

  1. Log in to the CSU Learn Profile Attributes page using your campus credentials.
  2. Take a screenshot of the table and email it to training@csuchico.edu for further assistance.
