Completing Assigned Training

CSU Learn is the platform used for required and optional employee training. This guide explains how to access the CSU Learn portal, find assigned training, and resolve common access issues.

Prerequisites

  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (Safari, mobile devices, and iPads are not recommended)
  • Popup and ad blockers disabled for the CSU Learn site (see how to disable popups)

Step-by-Step Instructions

To access and start your assigned training:

  1. Open a browser and go to the CSU Learn Portal.
  2. If prompted, from the dropdown menu, select Chico and log in.
  3. Click the Assigned Learning tab.
  4. Locate the required training and select Start or Register (top right corner).
