When using the top feeder on the MFP for scanning or copying purposes, sometimes streaking occurs.
This may be due to debris or smudges on the scanning glass. If using the top feeder, wipe the skinny pane with a microfiber cloth and try feeding the paper though again. If you are using the full scanning pane, thoroughly clean the large glass using a common glass cleaner such as Windex, we do not provide any cleaning products. If cleaning the glass hasn't resolved the issue, submit a Support for MFP ticket, noting that you have cleaned the glass already.
