Specifically, Calendly is granted permission to:

- Read and write to shared or delegated calendars the user has access to

Troubleshooting Calendly and Outlook Calendar Issues
If Calendly is not displaying calendar events or fails to connect properly, review the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm you have been granted access to the shared or resource calendar.
- Verify that you are able to sign in to Calendly successfully.
- Open Outlook on the web and confirm you can view and edit calendar events.
- If calendar permissions were recently changed, remove the affected calendar and re-add it. This forces synchronization and may resolve visibility issues in Calendly.
