Solution

To fix the issue of Kaltura videos appearing as a black box in Canvas, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Canvas course where the video is not loading.
2. Select Edit on the page or content item where the Kaltura video is located.
3. Remove the existing Kaltura video embed that appears as a black box.

Now the Kaltura video should be correctly embedded and accessible within the Canvas course.

Root Cause
