Located in your Financial menu, this page provides you with a summary of information derived from your financial aid application (FAFSA or CADAA), your financial aid budget (also referred to as Cost of Attendance), and the aid you have been offered.
Select “Financial Aid Summary” from the Dashboard Menu under the “Financials”
- Each info icon delivers a brief definition of financial aid terminology and how your value is calculated.
- Regarding “Expected Family Contribution” (or EFC): This is not the actual amount you/your family is expected to pay; actual out-of-pocket expenses vary greatly. The value is an index number derived from the information you submitted on your financial aid application (FAFSA or CADAA). The index is used in coordination with other factors to determine one’s eligibility for different types of aid.
