Requesting Enrollment Verification

  1. Navigate to the Student Center. You can do this using the link in the Chico State Portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, scroll to Student Records and click Enrollment Verification.
  3. On the menu, make selections for how you want the verification to be processed. 
    • Allow to Print from My Browser would let you download or print the information yourself. 
    • Request Institution to Mail would send a copy of your Enrollment Verification to the address provided. This process will take 5-7 business days. 
  4. Using the check boxes, select the information you want to be included. 
  5. Choose specific terms or all terms using the drop down menu at the bottom. 
  6. Click Submit to request the Enrollment Verification.
