Picking Up a Card

If a vendor or contractor hasn’t had a Wildcat ID Card before, they will be assigned an ID number during their visit.

Once approved as a vendor or contractor:

  1. Pay the $5.00 fee for the Wildcat ID Card. The department that you are contracted for can provide a $5.00 CAF. You can also make your $5.00 payment in cash in the Cashiering Office in the Student Services Building, room 230. You must provide your receipt for the cash payment or CAF to the Wildcat ID Card Office.
  2. Visit the Wildcat ID Card Office in Meriam Library 142 with the following:
    • Your printed receipt from Cashiering (if applicable)
    • a valid photo identification (e.g., state ID, driver’s license, or passport)
  3. Take your photo and receive your Wildcat ID Card. This process takes 5-10 minutes.

If your Wildcat ID Card requires door access, contact Facilities Management and Services to activate your card and ensure you receive access.
