Viewing Account Details in Student Center

Viewing Account Details

The Account Details page in Student Center will show you an itemized accounting of charges, payments, financial aid disbursements, and refunds.

  1. Navigate to the Student Center. You can do this using the link in the Chico State Portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, scroll to Financials and click Account Details.
  3. Use the View by to choose the appropriate date range or term that you want details for. 
  4. You will be able to see a breakdown of charges, adjustments, payments, financial aid, and refunds that were applied to your account during this time period. 
  5. Using the Make-A-Payment button at the bottom will send you to CashNet to pay any outstanding charges. You can find more information about Making Payments via Student Center on our Knowledge Base.
