Campus telephones display a name as part of the Caller ID information. The display name can be that of an individual or a department. Events such as staffing or organizational changes, or an individual’s name change, may generate the need for a display name change.

There is no charge for a change to a department name. Users will incur a small one-time fee for a change to an individual's name. The requestor will be asked to provide billing authorization prior to work being performed. See current rates.
