Campus lab managers or departments can request assistance from ITSS for their computer labs. Assistance that ITSS can provide for computer labs includes:
- Installing or upgrading applications in Wildcat Lab (cloud-based lab solution)
- Lab consultations
- Faronics Deep Freeze management
- Imaging lab machines via Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Deploying software via SCCM
Please have the following information ready when submitting a request:
- Building and room number (if applicable)
- Description of what you need assistance with in the lab. Please be as descriptive as possible.
