Help with a computer lab

Campus lab managers or departments can request assistance from ITSS for their computer labs. Assistance that ITSS can provide for computer labs includes:

  • Installing or upgrading applications in Wildcat Lab (cloud-based lab solution)
  • Enabling an existing physical lab for remote access (ITSS-Labmap solution)
  • Lab consultations
  • Faronics Deep Freeze management
  • Imaging lab machines via Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Deploying software via SCCM

Please have the following information ready when submitting a request:

  • Building and room number (if applicable)
  • Description of what you need assistance with in the lab. Please be as descriptive as possible.
