Help with a lab computer

Report hardware/software issues with campus lab computers. The appropriate lab manager will be notified and will resolve the issue where possible.

Please have the following information ready when submitting a request:

• Building and room number
• Computer number or State Decal
• Description of the problem. Please be as descriptive as possible. If pertinent, provide information regarding which software or website was being used when the issue occurred.
