The Enterprise Systems Group (ESYS) offers service agreements to assist a department in operating Oracle databases on data center servers. The service includes provisioning the database and test and development instances, as well as data encryption and backup. Monthly clones are offered as part of the service agreement to keep a copy of data fresh in test and development instances. Oracle databases are provisioned in the Oracle RAC environment when required by application for high availability.
To request a quote please include in the service request your contact information and a description of the application and database requirements. Also include the purpose of the database and the level of sensitive data being stored in the database. Data classification standards can be found on the Information Security web site.
