If you need assistance with creating Parent/Guest access accounts, click Request Service.
Alternatively, students can follow the instructions on our Knowledge Base to Create Guest Accounts for Parents or Guardians. Please note that only students can create Parent/Guest access accounts.
If you already have a Parent/Guest account but need help signing in, use the Problem Logging into the Chico State Parent Portal instead.
Parent Portal Access Details
Parents can view selected student information in the Student Center after their student grants permission. Only students can create Parent/Guest access accounts.
Depending on what your student grants access to, you can view:
- Financial aid information
- Tax information (1098-T)
- Class schedules
- Other student record information
