Parent Portal Account Assistance
Use this service if you already have a Parent/Guest account but need assistance signing in.
You may submit a request if you:
- Cannot log in to your existing Parent/Guest account
- Do not know your Parent Portal ID number
- Are experiencing an account-related error
If you need help creating a Parent/Guest account, use the Request Parent Portal Access service instead.
Reset Your Password or Recover Your Parent ID
If you know your Parent ID number, you may be able to Reset Chico State Password (Portal Password).
Note: Parent Portal ID numbers are different from a student's Chico State ID number and cannot be used interchangeably.
