Department or individual job changes may result in the need for mailbox changes such as moving or deleting existing messages or modifying associated mailbox names.
Users can "Request Service" to make changes to mailboxes they are moving from/to.
Voicemail changes incur a TSRV time charge. The requestor will be asked to provide billing authorization prior to work being performed. Costs vary depending on service requested.
