A change in telephone set type may be necessary as well. Users may select from a variety of telephone models: from basic, single-line display sets to more advanced multi-line display models with custom feature programming.
Users can "Request Service" for telephone set type and feature programming changes.
Departments are charged for equipment and for programming. The requestor will be asked to provide billing authorization prior to work being performed. Costs vary depending on service/equipment requested.
