RF-IT can assist Research Foundation users with installing and configuring standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and other standard campus applications on PC and Macintosh computers. Many applications can be installed directly by users on Windows computers by going to the Application Catalog. Instructions for accessing and using the Application Catalog can be found here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=11719. Mac users have a similar tool for installing approved software called "Self-Service".
