When employees separate from the University, ownership of their Box content is transferred to Box-Admin. This service request will transfer ownership to another user or to a Department.
In addition to requesting this service online, you will need to download and complete the Box Transfer Ownership form. Please scan the signed form and attach to the the ticket. Your request cannot be processed until we receive the signed form.
