What is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics is a cloud-based software used for creating and distributing surveys, collecting data, and analyzing results. It is widely used for market research, academic research, and experience management.
Chico State has a Qualtrics license available for faculty, staff, students, Chico State Enterprises, and Associated Students employees to use for university-related business and courses. Personal, commercial, or non-academic use is not allowed.
Note: Your Qualtrics account will be automatically deactivated when you leave Chico State and you will not be able to log in. If you want access to your projects and data after you leave, please Export Your Qualtrics Projects and Data.
Creating a Qualtrics Account
- Navigate to Qualtrics (csuchico.qualtrics.com).
- At the sign-in screen, enter your Chico State username and password to sign in.
- If you don't see the Shibboleth login page, you may need to click Qualtrics Credentials and Sign in with SSO first.
- For Organization ID, enter csuchico and click Continue.
- Approve the login attempt with Duo when prompted.
