Access changes after leaving Chico State

When you are no longer an active staff member, faculty member, or student, you will lose access to your Chico State Qualtrics account.

If you need to keep your surveys or data, you must export your content before your access ends and import it into another Qualtrics account.

Export and import Qualtrics surveys

To keep a copy of your surveys, export them as a QSF file and import them into another account.

Export a survey

1. Open your project.
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Export.
4. Save the file (QSF format).

Import a survey

1. Go to the Projects page.
2. Select Create Project.
3. Select Create from Existing.
4. Select From a File.
5. Upload your QSF file.

Export and import Qualtrics response data

To keep response data, export it as a CSV file and import it into another project.

Export response data

1. Open your project.
2. Select the Data & Analysis tab.
3. Select Export & Import.
4. Select Export.
5. Choose Legacy Format.
6. Select CSV.
7. Select Download.

Import response data

1. Open your project.
2. Select the Data & Analysis tab.
3. Select Export & Import.
4. Select Import.
5. Select Browse for the CSV file.
6. Select Import.
