Supported Web Browsers for CSU Learn

CSU Learn works best when accessed using a supported, up-to-date web browser. The Chancellor’s Office recommends using one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

Please make sure your web browser is running the latest available version. In addition, your pop-up blocker must be disabled in order for CSU Learn training to launch and record properly.

Unsupported Browsers and Known Issues

CSU Learn does not support Internet Explorer. Users who access CSU Learn using Internet Explorer have consistently reported issues, including but not limited to:

  • Training launching to a blank page
  • Training progress or completion not being recorded

At this time, CSU Learn is also not supported on mobile devices, iPads, or when using the following browsers:

  • Safari
  • Opera
