PeopleSoft is a systemwide enterprise resource planning system (ERP). It includes multiple applications, including Campus Solutions, Human Resources, and Finance.
Common functions in PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR):
- State employee job data
- Student payroll
- Absence entry and approvals
- State employee self-service
- All other HR functions
Common functions in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS):
- Student records
- Admissions
- Financial aid
- Academic advising
- Class scheduling
- Emergency notification
Common functions in PeopleSoft Finance (CFS):
- Procurement Card reconciliation
- The Chancellor’s Office CFS Data Warehouse provides reporting on CFS data

The PeopleSoft website includes login links for these applications.
User login to PeopleSoft is through single sign-on (SSO). If you are not able to log into PeopleSoft, please visit the Campus Portal (portal.csuchico.edu) and reset your password using Account Center.
