BeyondTrust Remote Support

IT Support Services is pleased to announce that we are now using Bomgar secure remote control to support our users on and off-campus. After your service request has been submitted, an ITSS technician will contact you at the scheduled time and initiate a Bomgar support session. The technican assiting you will instruct you to:

  1. Launch a web browser
  2. Navigate to "help.csuchico.edu"
  3. Either click on their name under "Representatives" or provide you with a "Session Key"

Our goal is to provide you the best computer support experience possible. The Bomgar virtual appliance is integrated with TeamDynamix in order to generate remote control sessions; and update tickets with the support session chat log and pertinent system information. This provides an accurate record of the ITSS response and resolution to your request.
