IT Support Services uses Bomgar Secure Remote Control to support our users on and off campus. After your service request has been submitted, an ITSS technician will contact you at the scheduled time and initiate a Bomgar support session. The technician assisting you will instruct you to:
- Launch a web browser
- Navigate to "help.csuchico.edu"
- Either click on their name under "Representatives" or provide your "Session Key"

Our goal is to provide you with the best computer support experience possible. The Bomgar application is integrated with TeamDynamix in order to generate remote sessions and update tickets with the support session chat log and pertinent system information. This provides an accurate record of the ITSS response and resolution to your request.
