Call Handling and Forwarding

Forwarding Calls

Toggle Forward all calls to voicemail to automatically redirect calls to:

  • Voicemail, or
  • A specific number or contact.

Call Rules

When you receive a call lets you select if you want a call to ring another number or contact simultaneously when a call rings your phone.

  • For When you can't answer a call, select one of the following options:
    • Do not redirect
    • Redirect to voicemail
    • Redirect to another number or contact

Then choose how long you want a call to ring for before it redirects under the drop down for Ring for this many seconds before redirecting.

Choose a Ringtone

You can customize ringtones for different call types:

  • Calls for you
  • Forwarded calls
  • Delegated calls

Click the Play icon next to each option to preview the ringtone.

Viewing Incoming Calls

Choose how incoming calls appear:

  • Large window: Recommended if you use RTT (real-time text) or captions.
  • Small window: A more compact view.

Both windows can be resized during a call.

Secondary Ringer

If you have multiple connected devices (e.g., headset and computer speakers), you can set one as your secondary ringer:

  1. Go to the Devices tab in Settings.
  2. Set a Secondary ringer to ring in addition to your primary device.

For example, if you use a headset but want your calls to ring out of the computer speakers, you can set that here. You can answer calls or join meetings on any connected device, regardless of which one rings.
