MFP & Managed Printer Supplies

Toner for the MFPs are included at no cost are part of the MFP contract, while staples are provided at cost. Paper, and toner for non-MFPs are not covered and must be purchased by the department who owns the printer. 

Order Process

To order supplies for an MFP or a Managed printer follow the steps below: 

1. Submit this ticket to request supplies: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=10477
2. If you are ordering staples be sure to include the Chartfield string that is to be charged along with either confirmation that you can authorise the charge or the name and email of someone who can authorise the charge. 
3. Indicate if you wish to come to our office to pick up the supplies or if you wish to schedule a day & time to have them delivered.
